WP2 – Agro-Tourism Insights & VETourismo Curriculum Development

A2.1 – Insights and Needs AnalysisEach partner conducts national surveys and focus groups with VET teachers and ruralentrepreneurs.uDevelop consolidates the data into a comparative report identifying skills gaps and trainingneeds.
A2.2 – Curriculum and Module DevelopmentFour modules will be developed jointly by pairs of partners:Sustainable Agro-Tourism & Environmental Stewardship — uDevelop (DE) & iAgroCert (EL).Digitalization & Smart Technologies — PORC (HR) & DEULA (DE).Entrepreneurship & Business Development — BCCI (BG) & Slow Tourism (IT). Cultural Heritage & Community-Based Tourism — LTT (RO) & CEPROF (PT).
A2.3 – Curriculum FinalizationFinalization of modules , final integration and translation of the curriculum.Expected Outputs: Needs Analysis Report andvalidated 4-module curriculum with trainer guidelines.

WP3 – Smart Learning and Digital Integration

A3.1 – Development of E-Learning PlatformiAgroCert leads design and programming.Platform hosts interactive lessons, multimedia, and quizzesfrom the curriculum.
A3.2 – Creation of 360° Virtual Farm ToursCEPROF (PT) leads production of immersive virtual farm tours.Partners will contribute with local farm or eco-tourism example,to be filmed and uploaded. iAgroCert integrates all tours into the platform.
WP3 – Smart Learning and Digital IntegrationExpected Outputs: Operational e-learning platform andvirtual farm tours accessible online.

WP4 – Competence Building and Pilot Training

A4.1 – Pilot Testing of VETourismo Curriculum Each partner organises a 3-day local pilot session with VET teachers, learners, and rural entrepreneurs.Feedback collected for curriculum refinement.
A4.2 – International Training “Digital & Sustainable Agro-Tourism”Hosted by Slow Tourism (IT) in Bolzano.Duration: 5 days.Participants: 5 per partner.Focus on interactive workshops and digital marketing, IoT, and green tourism skills.
A4.3 – Virtual Think Tanks “Agro-Tourism 2030”Led by uDevelop (DE),Slow Tourism (IT),CEPROF (PT) and iAgroCert (GR).Four online events (DE, IT, PT, GR) with 20 participants each connecting experts and policymakers.Expected Outputs: 8 national pilots, 1 international training,4 Think Tanks, and revised curriculum.

WP5 Impact and Dissemination

A5.1 – Communication & Dissemination Plan — PORC (HR) prepares theplan and templates.
A5.2 – Project Website & Social Media — LTT (RO) manages website andiAgroCert create and coordinates social media.
A5.3 – “VETourismo in Action” Video — uDevelop creates a short filmshowcasing trainees and impact.
A5.4 – Local Multiplier Events — Each partner hosts one 1-day event (≈ 30participants) to present results.Expected Outputs: Communication Plan, website + social media channels, 8 multiplierevents.
