Activities
WP1 - Project Management
WP1 provides the coordination framework for the entire project. Led by uDevelop e.V., it covers project planning, financial and time management, quality assurance, risk management, monitoring and internal communication. The partnership holds monthly online coordination meetings and two Transnational Project Meetings, with the kick-off in Germany and the final meeting in Greece. Peer review, progress monitoring and participant feedback are used to maintain the quality and timely delivery of project results.
WP2 - Agro-Tourism Insights and VETourismo Curriculum Development
WP2 creates the evidence and educational foundation of VETourismo. It starts with an Insights & Needs Analysis across the partner countries to identify skills gaps, sectoral challenges, good practices and labour-market needs. The findings guide the development of four curriculum pillars covering sustainable agro-tourism, digital and smart technologies, entrepreneurship, and cultural heritage and community-based tourism. The final stage integrates and validates the modules as one coherent, accessible and adaptable VETourismo Curriculum.

WP3 - Smart Learning and Digital Integration
WP3 transforms the curriculum into an engaging digital learning experience. The VETourismo E-Learning Platform will host structured courses and self-paced learning materials such as videos, quizzes, case studies and discussion opportunities. The second major activity creates immersive 360° Virtual Farm Tours that showcase agro-tourism practices and provide experiential learning regardless of the learner’s location. These tools are designed to make VET training more flexible, accessible and relevant to rural learners and people with fewer opportunities.

- Activity 3.2: Virtual Farm Tours
WP4 - Competence Building and Pilot Training
WP4 tests the VETourismo resources in practice and strengthens the skills of learners, educators and agro-tourism stakeholders. Local pilot testing will examine the usability, relevance and accessibility of the curriculum and digital tools, with feedback used for refinement. A five-day Training for Digital & Sustainable Agro-Tourism in Italy will focus on digital marketing, IoT and smart farming applications, eco-tourism, circular economy and responsible tourism. Four Think Tanks in Germany, Italy, Portugal and Greece will create space for discussion on emerging trends and future needs in digital and sustainable agro-tourism.

- Activity 4.3: Think Tanks on Digital and Sustainable Agro-Tourism
WP5 - Impact and Dissemination
WP5 ensures that VETourismo reaches its audiences and that its results remain visible and useful beyond the project period. Activities include the communication and dissemination strategy, project branding, website management, social media and outreach campaigns, local multiplier events, impact evaluation and video storytelling. The website serves as the central open-access hub for research, training materials and digital tools, while the ‘VETourismo in Action’ video content will capture key moments from trainings, pilots and stakeholder engagement.
